Refund & cancellation
Fair, simple refunds.
AgentScribe is a prepaid service — you buy minutes that never expire. This policy explains when a recharge is refundable and how to request it. Last updated 4 July 2026.
What you're buying
AgentScribe sells prepaid transcription minutes as a one-time recharge. Minutes are added to your account balance, carry forward with no expiry, and are consumed as you record and use the AI copilot. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but minutes were not credited, or you were charged more than once for the same recharge, we refund the affected amount in full. Email us with your payment reference and we will verify against our records and Razorpay's.
Unused balance
Because minutes are delivered instantly and never expire, a recharge is generally non-refundable once minutes are credited and available to use. If you have not used any of a recharge and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will refund it at our discretion, less any payment-gateway fees.
Consumed minutes
Minutes already used to transcribe or generate answers are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time; any remaining balance simply stays on your account. You may delete your recordings or account at any time from the app.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank. We will confirm by email when a refund is initiated.
To request a refund, email agentcoresystem@gmail.com with your registered email and the Razorpay payment reference. We respond within 2 business days. AgentScribe is operated by Agent Core Systems, a proprietorship registered in India.
